The London National gallery tries to collect 100 million pounds sterling topurchase a series of "Sacraments" of the French artist of XVII centuryNicolas Poussin. "Sacraments" are in a private collection of dukeRutlendskii. But now the owner of "Sacraments" has declared that iscompelled to sell pictures, having offered National gallery the prime rightto their repayment. The National gallery did not have funds for purchase, and pictures have been exposed on the open tenders planned for December,2007. It is already known, that, trying to keep "Sacrament", the National gallerywill refuse other masterpiece from the private collection, entering in itsexposition - Titian’s the "Portrait of a young man".
I read and I think here – everybody needs money but everybody has his ownnecessities of life!
